Rupi has been very flexible to accommodate my appointments where I have had to change at last minute and provides trustworthy advice and guidance on pre and post treatment care. There is a constant rotation of staff as everytime I go in, I am told the ladies I trust to do my eyebrows have left, I wonder why the buisness cannot retain staff? I dont know . Rupi herself maybe be good at hair and make up (i don't know, i personally wouldnt trust her and have never been unfortunate enough to have my hair and make up done by her, however the review below from the lady who has had hair & make up done by her for her sons wedding wasnt very happy). I dont know if its for lack of practice but she cannot do eyebrows. On two seperate occasions she has messed up my brows. I went once and when given instructions she simply tidied them up, this was not what i wanted however she didnt alter the shape of my brows so i wasnt too bothered. Next time i was more specific abd she said she could do it. However this time, she altered the shape entirely. Now ladies, who understand how much eyebrows shape your face would understand. Rupi did them way too thin! And we all know how long it takes to grow the hair back in all the places it used to be and appropriate length. Of course Rupi was unapologetic in the matter and then looks rather dumfounded that you'd be upset. I wont be going back as there is plenty of salons hopefully with more consistent staffing and with better beauty skills and comprehension skills.

Rupi who dealt with me regarding my laser was excellent. My dark hair has reduced by 99%. I am now a massive fan of laser. Rupi is very customer focused and listened to exactly what I needed. Rupis always provide best service whether its a hair cut, facial or laser. Staff always friendly and eager to help. Thank you

I've been visiting Rupi's for many years and have recently had the Microdermabrasion and Dermalogica facial's as I have recently started to get breakouts. I have spent a fortune on various high branded skin care products to try and clear my skin but nothing has worked and my skin just kept getting worse over time. I am pleased to say following a six session facial course with Rupi, my skin feels looks a lot clearer and smoother. Also, Rupi has given me the best advice by stopping a lot of the unnecessary products I was using which was clogging my skin and causing breakouts. I am a very happy customer as I've also saved a lot of money! These facial's do come with a high price tag, however with the results I have received I don't hold any complaints. I believe its money well spent.I would like to finally add that the staff is also very polite and helpful.

Rupi is the only person I trust to do my hair,I've been coming back for the last 5 years and her standard of service and care is exceptional, would definitely recommend rupi and she has an amazing selection of treatments to suit everyone.

Didn’t book an appointment and walked in for a service a lovely woman named Lovpreet attended to me. She was very quick and accommodating asked me vital questions e.g. if the temperature was ok, which you would think was basic but i have never been asked that before and i’ve been going there for years, left very happy. So thanks again x

I was very doubtful wether I should trust this beauty clinic or not at first. Because last time when I went for waxing to another place in West Bromwich, they burnt my skin.I would definitely suggest Rupi’s hair and skin-care centre for any beauty treatments. The staff was very kind to my skin and I’m very happy with the results.Lovepreet has done my waxing and she was very generous and good with my skin.
