Great atmosphere brilliant haircut for my son great price too

Always a great cut

Whilst I totally appreciate the barbers get busy but when I specifically ring up to sort out an appointment for me and my brother and to be told to come for about 16:30 due to our work commitments they’ll sort us out , for my brother to walk in an hour before closing time to be told on the second occasion no we’re to busy is completely unacceptable. The fact you can just turn away customers since being in a pandemic is a little shocking. It’s like you can’t be bothered as it’s home time pretty much sums up work ethic. Very disappointing considering I’ve had a positive experience with Jazz’s, two customers lost.

Was left to have my hair cut by someone who seemed completely unsure of what they were doing and ended up with an awful cut. Wouldn't recommend.

Professional service, sons hair cut was done by the apprentice and she did a fab job, thank you

I have got my hair cut every week at this barbers for the last couple of months, Harry always a provides both a great cut and professional attitude to work. All staff are extremely helpful and welcoming!!

*added comments at bottom after reply from Jazz's barbers*Rude female employees that ignored my son. As soon as we walked in we didnt feel welcome as there we were greeted with two females employees giving us evils and whispering between themselves. There was one other customer waiting before us and all the barbers where occupied so we sat down and waited patiently for my sons turn. As we waited other customers entered. Each time a barber was finished they would look at my son and then uusher another customer over and ignored my son. After the 3rd time this happened we gave up and left. We have used this barbers previously without issue but will not be returning again.*edit* I have been made aware that the barbers is now a booking shop and do not do walk-ins. I was not told this when entering the barbers and we was sat there for nearly 30 minutes. The lady at the reception who watched us walk in never mentioned the new system to us. If this was mentioned to us then I would understand. Upon looking again there is a poster in the window explaining the change however this is not near the entrance so was missed. I appreciate the response from Jazz and that this issue will be addressed.I have changed my initial rating from 1 star to 3 stars after the reply from Jazz. Our previous experience at the barbers has been great and my son always comes out happy. Today's experience has put us off but maybe we will be back in the future

Had my hair cut by the lovely Adella. She was fantastic as usual, very friendly, great conversation and an exceptionally talented barber. Definitely gained me as a regular now. Highly recommended!

Came for training in lincoln but needed a haircut so I popped in jazz's , Had a haircut with Nathan he was friendly and polite I had an excellent hair cut from him, I would definitely come back here but I live all the way in London
