Best Electric Radiators

Received excellent customer service from James at Best Electric. Had a slight issue with the courier company but it was rectified immediately. The products are also brilliant. Really happy all round!

I bought 4 radiators from here replacing my storage heaters. They are a great replacement but I feel they don’t heat the room to what they read on the display even after the calibration. Don’t get me wrong they do a good job but heaters seem to shut off before the whole room has hit the desired temperature so I am finding myself raising the temperature just so the rest of the room feels warm.

Massive shout out to the Best Electric team . I have one of their Slim Line Heaters which has been a brilliant purchase.The other day it stopped working , I called then today and they sent me a step by step video of how to fix the problem which saved me £140.Their customer service is fantastic and always on the end of the line.Thanks again!

The switch on one of my radiators broke. I contacted Customer Services and they could not have been more helpful. A replacement switch was posted 1st class on the same day.The company, the Customer service and their products are outstanding.I would highly recommend.

Had to buy two radiators at the end of last year, so I went on line to find a good company to buy them from and look at reviews and decided on Best Electric. I have had to get in touch with them twice to help me with the settings they not hard to work the owner talked me through everything, they were so helpful, we live in a anchor retirement flat with night storage heaters which are useless I just wish they would change all there storage heaters in the flats for these ones.Thank you for all your help.

The service we received from order to delivery was second to none.The radiators are easily installed either mounted on the wall or free standing, with the feet supplied separately.Anyone can programme each radiator to each room requirement.These radiators are light weight and easy to remove for decorating purposes and hang back in the support brackets.I have problems with numbness in my left hand but recently removed and re-hung easily without assistance.We would recommend this company and their products to anyone wishing to change their gas central heating to assist in a greener environment, which helps us all.Can not recommend a better company for supply of electric radiators.David and Edith Major.
