Luke took a group of Year 6 children out on a morning's safety training and the kids all loved it. Great instruction on road safety - signalling, junctions etc followed by a ride out in the countryside. Lovely comments from the children afterwards who had a great time learning and would highly recommended.

Top notch service! We had a bike needing a service. Luke collected it that day, totally sorted out the gear change problems and returned it the next day. We were gobsmacked that he got it back so quickly! He also promptly took off two sets of cleats which seemed to me to be welded on and returned with two new sets within two days even though he had to source what I wanted. He also supplied me with a replacement saddle that suited me much better and fitted it, checking it was correctly aligned. We are both delighted. The price was also cheaper than going to a main dealer like Halfords. He certainly knows his stuff and spent some time with us giving us free impartial advice. Excellent. Many thanks indeed!

Our private 1-2-1 bikeability course with Luke today was fantastic. The communication prior to the course was excellent, and we were impressed with Luke's level of knowledge, confidence and patience in dealing with us. He took the time to cover every aspect of bikeability levels 1 & 2 in detail, both theoretically and also in practice. We never felt rushed, and we appreciated the time we had to practice every part of the course on a variety of roads. Luke has clearly dealt with a variety of children/adults from a range of backgrounds as he was able to gage our level quite quickly and tailor the course to our specific needs, and ensure any of our questions/concerns were answered and met. He instilled a level of confidence in my 11 year old son, that he didn't have before in riding a bike. We thoroughly recommend Luke, and I wouldn't have a hesitation in working with him again

Great service received by Luke. Hydraulic front brake repair required. Work was completed to a very high standard within one day. He even checked over both brakes & gearing and advised me that my bike was in good order. This high level of care & service is something that JPL take on as they genuinely take responsibility for there workmanship. Highly recommended and I will be using them again.
