Had an emergency call out as very old boiler died, it was condemned.We were shown what had gone wrong with it & were kept well informed. They were able to source & fit a new boiler the same day & issue the gas safety certificate etc... straight away. Reasonably priced, well informed & polite service. Highly recommended. Great father and son team, advised when they could do the work and fitted around our timings for dropping each other, off for work. New boiler installed in new location in the house. Very impressed with their work ethic and how tidy and friendly they were throughout.

Firstly this happened in October but forgot to give review. He was brilliant came out twice. 1st time he came out the day and looked over my new gas cooker because it was fitted incorrectly. Informed me he couldn't install it due to safety because the previous owner of my house had installed a plug socket in line with the back rings. Once I got the socket fixed although he had finished work to go on holiday the next day he came straight out and fitted it for me because he remembered I had young kids to feed. Will be using him again if I need it. Thanks

Horrible experience. The man who came to do the job called me because he couldn't find a place to park. I tried giving him several options and explaining them but he got really impatient and aggressive. He shouted at me saying that either I went down to the front door and offered him a place to park or he couldn't do the job. When I asked him to please not speak to me like that, he said he wasn't putting up with this and hung up and actually left. He never rang the bell or came to my house to fix it. Awful service and customer services skills. Never ever recommending them, will actually spread the word on how bad this was.

I had a problem with the sink, the pipe had completely broken away from the plug, leading to a huge leak under the sink.I phone up and explained the situation, Gary and Ryan arrived the next day to investigate and gave a quote within 5 - 10 minutes, which was agreed at a very reasonable price.Ryan returned just over an hour later and was a courteous and polite gentleman throughout, doing a professional A+++++ job.I will be highly recommending these guys to all friends and family.

Did a small job with the overflow on the kitchen sink. Was punctual and did a great job, and in a reasonably short period of time, including getting the parts required. Also aimed to keep the cost to a minimum, added to which Ryan is very pleasant and professional, so altogether very happy with the service provided.

Garry and his sons very reliable, today Garry came round to do a service on my boiler, he was stuck in traffic and phoned me to inform me, he would be running late.No problems at all, and he has done a good job.Will get him to come back to sort out my gas hobs, once I bought a new one.The boiler I have had a year, very happy with it. All the tests were done . Well done great company.
