I write on behalf of Samantha and colleagues; this is not my first-time using Timpson's services at Crystal Palace Sainsburys and I found the exceptional services of Samantha" impossible to ignore without expressing my profound gratitude to her and the establishment. She fitted my shoe heels perfectly and flawless. Her receptive attitude towards customers cannot be over emphasized. I truly and sincerely hope that management consider Samantha for a managerial role or supervising role while she maintains the front line. After my key snapped, I was VERY happy Timpson was open. The young man who worked there, Connor, was extremely polite and helpful. My key was sorted quickly and efficiently, with the promise of any problems to go back and see them.

I’ve long been a fan of Timpson as a business, but unfortunately must warn everyone to stay away if you want your valuables cared for. We entrusted my wife’s wedding dress to our local branch for cleaning. Despite being clearly marked as dry clean only, it was severely damaged – apparently by a trainee who put it in a washing machine. After much back and forth, we have been offered little under a third of the dress’s value in compensation. Every individual in customer service has been courteous and friendly, but such negligence with a precious item is unacceptable, and the compensation insulting.

The very best !!! Excellent customer service. I had a really good leather Italian make high heel shoes which he repaired to perfection. I was amazed by how quickly the job was done ! He's done it in less than an hour ! Wow, trully wow. I would definitely come back with another pair and by no doubts recommend him to a friend. Better than the service i have ever received anywhere in central London.

Dropped off a dress for dry cleaning on Wednesday, David said it'll get picked up on Friday and will be ready on Monday, I'll receive a text. Tuesday I called David, he said my dress was picked up on Monday and will be ready on Wednesday!! He didn't have an explanation for the delay. Got this service free due to the delay.
