I have dealt with Postroom-online on many occasions now and they have always provided a competitive price alongside a very efficient service. If I have ever needed any advise on products Lauren has been extremely knowledgeable and so helpful.

I purchased a machine from Postroom-online Ltd after extensive research. After experiencing a fault with the item within 6 months, the customer service delivered from the director of this company was extremely poor. Refused to acknowledge machine fault , warranty not honoured. Gareth was rude, patronising, avoided answering my questions and was continually over speaking me. If you want credible customer aftercare AVOID this Company. If you do risk it, please pay on your credit card so you are covered by section 75 of the consumer credit act, just incase you have any issues with your purchase.This company has been reported to trading standards, as it breaches goods and services advertised beside the shocking customer service.

Excellent support from Paul and the team. We placed an order for a refurbished 2 station folder inserter. We needed this ASAP, so these guys kindly organised a site visit from the engineer (Declan) who came out to commission the machine and train us all on it. Looking at the quality of the machine we were supplied, you wouldn’t think it was refurbished. Looks brand new inside and out. Many thanks for all your help and assistance and look forward to doing business with you again.

I was skeptical..........but then their service engineer arrived Paul happy to help, nothing too much trouble, no sharp intake of breathes. He knew his stuff and he got ALL components, feeders, rollers etc working. Brilliant would recommend to anyone - reference component charges extra......wow £40 !! for something that hadn't worked for 2 years and I was told by previous company it was financially not viable. I went onto their website and managed to speak to Lauren on their live chat about a purchase that I needed to fulfil before the next tax year. They were closing in 15 minutes, but within two minutes of me asking her if my order could be completed and an invoice submitted, Lauren had sorted it. I am very grateful for the top notch service.
