Animal Ark

For the second year looked after my cats for a fortnight. Well looked after and my eldest cat Tiny was sad to leave behind the blanket they had provided him with. Highly recommend best cattery I have used.

Just got back from our wedding and honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with how Animal Ark looked after our dog. The place is clean, spacious and the staff are super friendly. It was our first time leaving him at Animal Ark, but they made it easy for us.We came back to a happy and healthy pup. Thanks to everyone at Animal Ark, we’ll definitely be back. 100% recommend!

The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Our pup has stayed several times since around 6 months old. He comes home happy and healthy each time and doesn't even look back when we drop him off!

We left our Cat and Dog here while we got married. They stayed for 4 nights. They were so well looked after. We had never left our animals in a kennel/catery before. Our dog is 5 years old and cat is 9 months. It was difficult for us to leave them off but they could not have had a better time. Their coats were so beautiful and soft. They were happy to see us but were happy with the staff as well. The staff allowed us to see the premises before we left our animals off. Everything clean, orderly, and put us at ease. If you need to leave your animals anywhere, let it be here. We would have zero issues leaving them here again in the future. Thank you to all the staff.

Our extended family have been using Animal Ark kennels for over 15yrs with hundreds of Five Star stays experienced by us & more importantly our petsThe family team here have gotten to know all of our dogs over the years and have cared for them from day one as if they were their very ownAnimal Ark is a very safe & extremely clean kennel space and at anytime of the year you will find it cosy & warm which personally my pets love as they are a very fussy bunch!!We find the family team at Animal Ark put our pets needs first at all times & any requests we have ever made are never to much trouble for the team to handleOur pets are always very happy to see all the members of the Animal Ark team which is a great sign that they feel safe & happyCan’t recommend this place highly enough!!Google should have a sixth star for these guys

Great for kennels and very reasonable prices, dog well looked after

Cannot fault this place. I’ve been using it for my dogs since it opened about 20yrs ago. The staff are so lovely. There used to be a girl called “Jenni” who worked there and I would always say to my dog, when we were taking her up to stay “do you want to go and see Jenni” and that was her jumping and crying at the front door to get up to the kennels! It’s so comforting to see them jump out of the car and run TOWARDS the kennels and the staff.I find them very resasonably priced too.

As always our dog was well looked after and came back happy, alert, in great condition and temperament and obviously well fed.Such a friendly, thoroughly professional team who really care about the animals in their care.I cannot recommend highly enough.Thank you yet again so muchTed & Dave Maguire

Our German Shepherd was neglected in his past home and never socialised and so we had to do a lot of socialising training with people and dogs. We were worried about leaving him in a kennel in case he would react badly but thankfully the staff are very understanding and look after him so well every time he stays with them! Such a relief to know he will be safe and looked after well every time he has to stay. Our cat Maple also did well in the cattery.
