Absolutely outstanding vet practice! Special shout out to vet Thomas Donald and team that operated on my dog after he swallowed a peach stone. Thomas was really kind and professional. Temple End Vets genuinely cares for animals and is not part of a huge vet group so able to cater with sincerity and no hidden costs, large corporation pressure etc

Very friendly staff, veterinarian Emma was brilliant. She has given me lots of tips on how to look after my puppy. Received a welcome pack which is a very nice touch. I highly recommend them.

A huge thank you to our wonderful vet Peter and all the team at Temple End who have looked after our epileptic collie since her diagnosis two years ago. You've been so very brilliant and we are extremely grateful. Thank you Debbie for sorting out insurance claims when things got in a pickle. Thank you Nicky at Marlow Bottom for being so lovely when I've been anxious. You're a fantastic practice and we just wanted you to know that.

Absolutely brilliant, thank you so much!Our frenchie staff was in terrible pain and we didn’t know why. Our usual vet was closed but temple end saw us, diagnosed and treated immediately. Didn’t charge us the full out of hours charge as most of the treatment fell inside normal hours.We have now moved to them permanently.

A photo and message from my mother this morning: Oxy loves here very much, insists on walking towards this place, and won't leave even if you pull him; you can only carry him away.Dogs don't conceal their emotions; their actions are all genuine. Had a very bad experience at a place called Cross road vets, which left me in shock.Fortunately for me, I found Temple end vets, and I honestly can't stop singing their praises.Amazing Vets! 10/10

Nearly killed our rabbit Stan who presented with repeated gut stasis and broke bond with his partner.New vet instantly found the cause: liver lobe torsion.One month later now and Temple End refused to answer questions about care including cage size, why the normal treatment for gut stasis was not administered, why he was left alone overnight when care was promised, etc.Earlier this year our other bunny, Dori, died while under anesthetic. At the time we were devastated but understood this sometimes happens with rabbits, and was a risk we had to take. We now are left wondering if Temple End did something they shouldn't have.We are escalating our complaint and hope they get shut down.THEY DO NOT HAVE AN EXOTICS WARD. What they claim to have is insufficient to qualify.NB: The vet who treated Stan seemed deeply concerned about him and did her best. But it is clear she does not have the training to handle rabbits, and so Temple End should not be advertising that they can do so.

We have been going to Temple End for a few years now. We sadly had to put our dog Tintin down; Simona was outstanding with her understanding, professionalism and empathy. Thank you so much and it was really appreciated to receive a sympathy card Simona. :)

I brought Westie, Toby for his booster on Saturday : this procedure has not gone well over recent years . On Saturday I asked if a nurse might be able to assist . I looked on as vet , Simona and nurse talked him through, muzzled him and calmed him . The procedure was over before he noticed.Many thanks for helping us through the event which had begun to give me some anxiety . I guess that you understand the bond between companion dogs and ( particularly their older) owners .You were very kind : much appreciated.
