Had some bi folding doors fitted at the start of the year, although they weren’t the cheapest we were happy with the quality. Fast forward 6 months and we had a minor issue with the doors. Gave them a call over the weekend and somebody came out on Monday and resolved the issue. Responsive and would definitely use again in the future. Thanks again for the great service!

We had new windows and a door fitted to our home. The work and quality is to an exceptional standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful in getting the right windows we required. We had a very good experience through out it all and would highly recommend.

We had new guttering, fascias, soffits and downpipes installed.Various options and pricing were outlined beforehand and there was no pressure selling.The workman who did the job was polite, hard-working and went out of his way to do the work to the best standard. He turned up when he said he would, worked all day and kept us informed on progress throughout.Probably not the cheapest, but we wanted something that would be good quality and not need doing again in our lifetime. (in our early 60s)I would recommend this company as they are not a big faceless organisation, but are genuinely interested in doing the best they can for their customers.

Just had our conservatory changed from the old poly roof to a solid roof by YWR’s, also had new windows and doors with one side being bricked up totally.We were nervous that the room would be as warm and as cool as James said it would, but believe me it is. James initially came to give us a quote for just a new roof and was helpful and great to chat to. We arranged to visit the show room, which was an eye opener as it gave us further ideas of what we would like and James was very accommodating in showing us on his computer what our end product would look like. The guys that actually came to build the the roof etc were helpful, friendly and willing to explain just what was happening and why. Even the electrician during our discussion on where lights and switches went made a suggestion I hadn’t thought of and I’m glad he did. In the end the result is more than we expected, very satisfied and now enjoying being able to relax in our new conservatory room without either boiling or freezing. We have been extremely comfortable with this company since the initial appointment to discuss the roof and it’s potential advantages.The additional benefit of the showroom which enables you to see the actual roof structure, tiles, and an example of the finished article is reassuring, and aids decision making.The actual process has been a smooth transition with all the craftsmen being excellent and very efficient. Had work on my porch with brickwork, new door and new window installed. The team were excellent and the entire project was delivered to a very high standard and with no issues accommodating my assortment of gadgets. Would recommend and use again.

Yorkshire Warm Roofs delivered a full soffit and fascia re-fit, and an electric garage door with an excellent matching surround trim. Really impressed with Yorkshire Warm Roofs from start to finish. We had a replacement roof (Ultraroof with two glass panels) and replacement glass and we noticed the difference in temperature immediately. They also sourced some replacement handles for the windows and doors. It looks lovely. All the staff involved were polite and friendly. They handled all the interaction with the council for building regulation approval. The price good as well! Would definitely recommend.
