I've been coming along to fitness classes and PT sessions for a long while now and you're always guaranteed a good workout no matter your fitness level.I've also recently started the breakfast nutrition club, and the advice and support from the team is amazing. I look forward to going every week to see what else I can learn and the progress I've made. Would highly recommend!

Beyond nutrition has by far been the most effective Weight loss program I have ever been on. I love breakfast club the support and guidance I receive is exceptional. Its a safe and friendly environment, sets me for the day and I've made lots of wonderful friends. Would recommend to everyone. I've also received personal training, the gym is modern, fresh and clean, Katie really listens to what you want and need from your workout, she keeps you motivated whilst making it fun.

I love going to breakfast club its a accountable club so the more you go the better the results. It's a lifestyle change not just about weight. It's a friendly place no judgement. Would recommend to anyone.

I really feel so much better after coming to Breakfast Club for 2.5weeks. I’ve lost weight, clothes are looser, I have so much more energy and I’m enjoying the plan. What a great service you offer, everyone is positive, and you help change peoples mindsets around food. I will be trying the fitness classes also.
