Excellent service from Martin highley recommend

After finding Martin randomly on a google search I gave him a call to discuss the fitting of a couple of carpets. His demeanour and quote over the telephone gave me confidence that I didn't need to look any further. He was very accommodating in fitting me in over the christmas period at very short notice. Despite the initial arrangment of coming out to fit both carpets one of the carpets that I had ordered (different company) did not turn up on the scheduled delivery date but Martin was still willing to come out and just fit the one bedroom carpet and came out again when the living room carpet finally did arrive. Punctual pleasant and polite on both occasions. I can not find fault with the any of the fittings in rooms with bay windows, they are fitted to a very high professional standard. Together with the fact that I seriously doubt I could have got the carpets fitted any cheaper means that I can 100% recommend Martin and will be asking him to fit the rest of my carpets in the future.

After purchasing a carpet from Tiger Tuft in Maghull we had a very poor experience with the fitter who’s details they provided. We were left in the lurch with a carpet and no one to fit it in the run up to Xmas.We contacted Martin, straight away I knew we’d landed on our feet. He arranged to pop round to have a look at the job and then booked us in within a week.The job was done to a very high standard, Martin’s communication was excellent and the price competitive.I’d highly recommend Martin for any carpet work.

Having had a number of carpet fitting issues with a Formby based carpet supplier we decided that our hall, stairs and landing carpeting project was too important to have anyone less than a competent and professional carpet fitter tackle the job.After extensive enquiries and reading previous customer feedback we decided to offer the work to Martin Killey. We read Martins previous professional experience profile, which included working for the John Lewis Group and felt confident we had made the right decision.Martin made an initial visit to painstakingly measure up and sketch the areas to be carpeted. After agreeing a price Martin visited a couple of weeks later to fit our carpet. The carpet was a tight loop pile construction which is difficult to fit and our home was built by workmen who it seems had neither a spirit level nor a set square.Martin completed the job and we were delighted with the very professional and competent way he had carried out this work for us.
