Walmer Drive is a large car park with access from East Port and New Row.Very handy for shopping in Dunfermline High Street, The Kingsgate Centre and very close to The Alhambra Theatre.Council-run, so prices are not too bad. Min period is 2 hrs for £1.10. Max is £3.80 for 10 hrs.Mon - Sat 08.00 - 18.00 payable.Sun - 13.00 - 18.00 payable.The car park is on the Ringo parking app, but there's a small additional charge if you use the app (seems to be 40p).It's on a hill with a fairly steep climb up to the High Street & Kingsgate Centre.Those with mobility issues might be better at the Canmore Street car park which is slightly closer, but still with a climb. It's privately owned and may be more expensive. (I don't use it, so I don't know the charges.)As mentioned, Walmer Drive is a large car park but the spaces are quite tight for modern vehicles.Maybe when it needs repainting, the council could look at increasing the width of spaces?
