We had an emergency with overflowing loos and called ECS as our usual tank emptying service were unable to help. We were delighted with the response which resolved our predicament in an efficient, friendly, polite and timely manner. We will definitely be calling on them for our next routine empty. I was very impressed by the fast and efficient service given by the two Easy Clean operatives when the came to my house to empty the cess pit and clean out the drains. They were in addition both extremely polite and helpful as were the office staff `i spoke to when `i first booked the job. i would have no problem recommending this company to any of my friends.

ECS provided an excellent service from my initial contact via telephone to completing the job.The office staff were friendly, personable and accommodating. This included when I telephoned to establish a rough time of arrival estimate on the day of the service. Reception staff made a call to the operator, 'Gary' to identify his ETA. Gary later phoned me himself to give me a 20 minute notice.On arrival Gary was professional. courteous and ensured that minor spillages were cleared up.I was very happy with ECS from start to finish.

ECS came out to our property to empty a septic tank. We're hard to access with a tanker, but they had specialist equipment to enable us to have our tank cleared. Great service, good communication and friendly people. Would highly recommend.

have used four different companies over the past 12 years to empty my septic tank, ECS were by far the most professional, efficient and the best service I have received. The man went above and beyond negotiating a tight turning down my driveway also, the most thorough clean of the tank. I can highly recommend this company- FIRST CLASS!

Excellent service from ECS. Called at 10am to report a blocked drain leading to septic tank. Engineer arrived just after 12 and job done quickly. Engineer was professional and did a great job. Highly recommended
