Brilliant service. Called a day before and got my cooker installed next day, the only day I was off work and free. Flavio made time for me and when he was running late on the day, he phoned to keep me updated about arrival time. Price quoted was reasonable and didn't change. A honest and reliable tradesperson.

Flavio was honestly an amazing engineer!We had an emergency with our boiler and he came on the same day to resolve the issue with high quality expertise.He gave a lot of knowledge and honesty on the issue of our boiler and took the time to really ensure that we had it up and running again.He was reasonably priced with a high standard of service.I am so grateful for all his hard work and patience during this matter.Thank you so much Flavio!!

I initially contacted Flavio as I wanted to have an additional heater installed in one of my bedrooms which was known to be dead cold and also to find out why my heating system was not performing as good. I also have a membership with British Gas and they came to my property before and suggested that I flush the heating system and quoted me £830 for it. I therefore wanted a second opinion.I rang a few plumbers, but they asked to pay £85 for their attendance. I came across Flavio as his reviews were great and also because he was local to me. He came to my property a few days later, and unlike the others did not charge me for his attendance. He provided an honest opinion of what needed to be done and it was not a flush, as recommended by British Gas. He gave me a reasonable quote which I agreed. He came to my property and upgraded the radiator instead of installing a new one and what a difference it made, the room has never been that hot before!He also balanced the system, taught me how to do it and have me a few tips. He also made time for me when the balancing needed to be readjusted one more time. The overall heating system has improved greatly thanks to Flavio.An honest guy, who takes pride in great work and who unlike many others is not after money at all!Being a woman it’s nice to have a trustworthy professional who can do your Work. I will be cancelling my membership with British Gas and asked Flavio to assist me with the ongoing heating/ boiler maintenance. Thanks again Flavio and so grateful for your help!

Flavio came to repair our broken boiler - he was able to come out the same day, and quickly found the issue, sourced the parts and carried out the repair - getting us back up and running within a couple of hours. He also gave us good practical advice about upgrading our heating system which was very helpful. Thanks for your help!

One of the best tradesman I have had the pleasure of using. His quotes are very reasonable. I used him to replace a cold water tank, with lots of associated pipework alteration, as well as boiler/expansion vessel servicing and a gas safety check. Flavio is honest and thorough in his work. He took lots of photos and videos to show me what he did and took his time out often to explain everything over the phone. He even went over what was required by installing extra valves to make future repair/maintenance work easier. He will be my go-to person for any future plumbing work in Enfield.
