Our 1st habitation check for our new to us van. Honestly couldn't ask for etter service. They fixed all the things we asked for and even a few things we didn't even know about. 5 star service

We were shown around the highly organized and efficient workshops by a very knowledgeable Dave who obviously takes great pride in the products he and his team turn out which without doubt are high end motorhomes.

We needed a few snags ironed out on our 6month old Rio. Everyone was really helpful and the hospitality was great. Great service all round.

Fabulous van great service

Excellent staff and first class Motorhome. Vantage have been extremely helpfull. We have used our motorhome regularly over the past 6 months which includes the winter. The motorhome build quality; fixture, fittings, insulation, heating, electrical wiring etc., is excellent. During coldest nights our Vantage Neo performed very well - there were no draughts. Recent torrential downpours (February 2020) - no water ingress or damp areas. The end lounge provides comfort and space and in turn, makes a huge bed with ample room.The Fiat Ducato has exceeded expectations. It is quite and very comfortable. Haven driven Mercedes Sprinters in the past and again recently when we hired a Campervan in Australia, the Fiat is preferred due to the quite and well insulated engine - no need to speak loudly to be heard. Also, Fiat Ducato is a slightly wider and box shaped which provides more living space in the rear.Overall, very pleased with our choice. Having researched the marketplace extensively, looked at coach-built, A class and other manufacturers, we are very satisfied with our Neo.

We thought we were buying a high quality van of our dreams. What a joke. We paid the extra option of an off grid kit of £2600 and cab air con of £1000. Since having issues with our van after 7 months of being brand new, we found out the cab air con came as standard on the van. We contacted them about the air con charge and they agreed to refund us. The off grid kit wasn’t giving us even 24 hours off grid with just the fridge on. After 3 trips back to them in 11 months, first changing the battery charger, second changing the battery and the third time was the last straw after arguing with the manager Ben that we had been charged £2600 for nothing, he couldn’t even tell us what we could use in our van to achieve 3 nights off grid. We didn’t even get a solar panel (the basics of off grid). After a lot of stress we contacted the MD Michael Hardicker who agreed to refund us our money. After using our van for a year we have edgings peeling away from the cupboard sides which we will be needing to sort ourselves now. Be careful when buying a Vantage, the owners who set it up sold the company in either 2016,2017 or 2018 and the quality has gone down hill since. My advice is buy from someone who is a camper themselves and do your research carefully. We got too excited and sucked in. They are greedy and the quality is suffering since the original owners who were campers themselves sold the company.
