Definitely NOT 24/7. In fact, open whenever convenient for staff, more like. Of all the times I’ve come here, drive through has only once been open after 10pm. Building is closed anyways and staff just look at you from inside. If not open 24/7 , just UPDATE your work hours with Google!! Not that hard, is it?

The person on drive thru, I believe his name is George was extremely fast at handing my food out as well as very polite. He had a smile on his face and I feel like I will come back if I have the chance in the near future. The food was also piping hot

Beware the parking fees! Unlike other McDonald’s that have their own car park, this one you have to pay after 30mins. Read the signage and don’t get caught out!!

Everything else was ok but the chips were gross tasted stale and covered in black brown crumbs obviously the fryers havent been cleaned at all very disappointed

The drive through has two bollards in the way. There are cars still queueing. Website says it's open. No staff to explain what's going on. Been waiting for 20 minutes and will have to leave with nothing.

As a STARVING uni student I was very disappointed to go through the drive thru with my fellow flat mates, order a few bits, get back to the flat and be greeted to a chickenless chicken select meal. Just chips. Money that could’ve been used on a food shop has now been utterly wasted!

Wed Jul 12 2023 at 8:33:36 pmI just been your Southampton store went to the till and they would not take my order said I that to go to the computer sceen and as I what some cheese in it y your shop not whating to take my moneyThe place was clean and tidy they just had a lad on till that didn't what to do his job the food was nice I had a caesarea warp and crisp and taste fresh they have table number not sure y as told the lady I was eating in and didn't bring to the table over all great mc donalds just let down with the staff

They say 24/7 but they are not open. My boyfriend travelled and couldn’t get his connection to the Isle of Wight and went there for safety yet they were not open and they said they were but it’s not true.They should change their status online
