Definitely better options nearby but not as bad as I remember. Recliner screens are nice but the audio is really weak and the other screens are covered in marks and scratches. Screen 1 is in a desperate state of repair, with a huge hole in the roof and ripped fabric under the screen. Would only recommend if you can get a cheap ticket, or you live nearby and have limitless, as most of the time its simply too expensive.

My visit earlier today was disappointing to say the least. There was only one person serving (extremely slowly) at the popcorn counter which led to us missing the beginning of our film. What added to the frustration was the fact that three other staff members were standing completely idle, despite a visible queue. There were three unused counters that could have been opened to speed up the process but when I asked if anyone else was serving I was told only one till was open…. This operational inefficiency and lack of responsiveness to customer needs left a disappointing impression on what should have been a simple and enjoyable outing with my children.

Good facilities, polite staff and comfortable seating. Ladies toilets often unpleasant: broken locks, messy, running out of toilet paper and unclean. Been like this for years and puts me off attending. Need refurbishing desperately. Shame as a nice cinema otherwise.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered food for delivery. First time I asked for extra cheese sauce n paid never got it. Now ordered again not received all the items I selected. No jalapeños received with nachos, How hard is it to read an order and get it correct. Employ better staff.

The manager who was working on the tills today is an absolute jobs worth, more focused on making money than going the extra mile. How about you give customers value for money snacks seeing as your prices are already above average? Instead your attitude suggests you're more focused on profit margins. Very unprofessional and wouldn't go to this odeon again.

Went to see Oppenheimer and was very happy with the experience we had. Comfy seating good sound quality and nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Had a medium popcorn which was lovely just watch out as there are a few kernels bits that are very hard! Toilets were decent too. Recommend this cinema especially during the week when it’s nice and quiet!

Easy parking, good layout. A little confusing when ordering icecream, would be better if there was a sign up to say you need to order off the main section rather than left to stand there with no staff. Clean toilets. Having a costa is useful too. Nice reckinrr chairs in the cinema itself.

Abit pricey but cheaper then some cinemas. The overall floors are quite clean even in the screens themaelves, non of that sticky tacy carpets of the past. Staff were great , foods great.. only issue is that the seats in screen 10 are starting to fall into disrepair, needs some upholstery and they not really comfey for feature length movies, abit more comfort would be great to get that 5 star rating

I watched the flash movie, had a good experience. Recliner chairs was so nice but thought the ticket were bit expensive comparing to other theaters but overall nice experience
