Ashtanga Yoga Preseli

Sasha has been teaching me for years now, it's become a wonderful part of my life. Physically, socially and spiritually.

I love Sasha's yoga classss. She is a fabulous teacher and offers led classes as well as Mysore. I was so pleased to find proper Ashtanga yoga in Pembrokeshire and I wouldn't hestitate to recommend her and her studio to anyone!

Exceptional Ashtanga yoga teaching with Sasha. She is the real deal!! Beautifully situated studio is a bonus. I've been visiting this class since 2014 and it's a great atmosphere with a mix of practical and theoretical instruction. Sasha easily and discreetly adapts modifications for each students tuition whilst maintaining the flow of the class. Highly recommended!

Sasha's yoga classes are wonderful, and this is the only studio in Wales to offer Mysore style classes. The studio is small and intimate, and Sasha is a great teacher.
