Saturday evening, We got locked out and our dog locked in… suffice to say, a lot of barking and anxiety ensued (from us AND the dog!). MotionLocks was recommended via a local Facebook group. Great service, very responsible prices and excellent experience. My lock was a bit faulty but after a while the locks were changed and nothing was damaged, would definitely recommend this service to anyone that needs a lock smith.

An absolute lifesaver on both occasions we’ve had the pleasure of coming across Jay. We’ve locked ourselves out of our new home twice now - the first time he was extremely flexible around our daily plans, the second he was with us within 30 minutes. We found him polite and trustworthy - he even suggested a solution to avoid this situation in the future which would essentially do him out of work from what could be a very profitable client! Highly recommended!!!

We had broken our patio doors. Key was stuck in the lock and broken, cylinder was broken and we couldn’t use them at all. We called Jay from Motion Locks and he fixed it in no time. Will 100% be using again and would highly recommend.

Jay is a lifesaver! He helped my Mum out with a broken key and locked door she needed opening. He came out the same day and got the door open. In a short time he did a quality job upgrading the lock so it is more secure, and answered my questions in a way I could understand. He was polite, friendly, kind, and we would happily ask for his help again!

Jay arrived in about 15 minutes and changed our front door lock in about 5. Very efficient and professional service, would definitely recommend. Price seems very reasonable too. 10 out of 10.
