Thank you all for helping Dolly yesterday and Sunday. You did wonder's. Phoebe did an amazing job of her emergency surgery. I was very stressed -sorry. Thank you to the reception staff who were helpful and kind even when I was stressing. Atta and the team are amazing. I don't think Dolly would be here now if you all didn't work so hard at making her better. ❤️

Very caring team, despite being flat out usually. Best to take the early appointments before the main shop opens if possible.Excellent feline dental work.

Terrible at sorting out insurance claims. Was initially told the insurance would pay the vet directly so submitted the claim on insurance as such. Then when picking up pet told that they submitted incorrectly and we would pay the vet and then claim back on insurance. After 3 weeks vet practice won't submit paperwork to insurance for the claim and sending us around in circles to sort this out. You would think this is a routine matter at the vet but clearly quite the opposite. Cannot recommend.

Very happy I registered with this vet clinic, I’ve had to bring my dog for a emergency visit twice in the last couple months which they accommodated right away, and didn’t charge me absurd prices for doing so, the second time I could see how busy they were and they still managed to give my dog all the attention and care she needed. She was seen right away when we arrived.As well as the friendly vets, nurses and receptionist, unfortunately I didn’t get any of their names except the last vet that saw my dog. Atilla I believe, was very caring and attentive to my dog, the receptionist is superb and there is also a young nurse who is very caring the first time we visited brought my dog a blanket as she waited and then the more recent time we visited the practise the same nurse sat down with me and showed she really cared for the well-being of my dog and her pup.Overall fantastic vets where the pets come first not money.

Completely unaffordable. Prices increase all the time with no warning and then they expect you to pay it without being upset. My pet is in there less than 5 minute a time. No compassion towards the pets.

We do like the companion care vet in Brentford. Staff that works at the reception is really nice. They have a quite a few Vets too.ika&erni

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. I am receiving excellent treatment, help and advice for my cat Rosie and very helpful advice. Maggie, the lady at the reception, who is always happy to help, she comforts me with her great understanding, because she also has a cat. Maggie customer service 10 stars !!! The fantastic doctor Ioana has a lot of experience treating cats, she does with care and has fantastic knowledge. Doctor Ioana is helping us with our Rosie condition with a huge improvement now. Doctor Maria is also a fantastic doctor who saw us on our first few visits, she has very calm approach and that really helps. Thank you ALL at the Vet Companion Care, Brentford

Hi, new kitten owner here. We paid for a kitten package at Brentford branch. The vet recommended flea and worm treatment. We asked if there was an additional cost. He very clearly stated ‘No’. To a surprise after a visit, an invoice followed with a charge for the treatment.We presumed this was a mistake and called receptionist for them to investigate. We are in utter disbelief to be told ‘ if we do not settle the invoice it would be forwarded onto debt collectors’.Hopeful this can be resolved as we’ve emailed the manager to complain about this. The vet said he recommends this and the treatment is included in our 1st visit. We haven’t signed anything and are more then happy to take this to civil court. It’s the principle. We are not to happy with feeling like we’ve been scammed.

Staff are polite and friendly.My issue is the way they go about business.. every appointment I've had, I've only ever been seen to 30/40 minutes late (every single time) - not good if you're having to book time off work to go.I don't think I've seen the same vet twice and my cats diagnosis seems to be a bit of a guess game... Blood tests are stupidly expensive and to diagnose requires a lot of visits (for more blood tests) - in the space of 4 months it's cost over £1200 in total.. and still no accurate diagnosis.The care plan is not as worth it as expected and to be honest something I'll be cancelling soon.. I'm looking for another vet as we speak simply because I don't feel that this vets is as polished as the marketing make it look.

Been with this vet for a few months now and all i can say is that they are amazing! Vets, nurses and receptionists always so lovely with my kitten and me. Making everything very clear and happy to answer all the questions first time cat mum can have.
