Very good quality floor tiles and fitting specialist. Our Community Centre looks fab now with our new carpets. There were unforeseen problems with our floors but everything was taking care of professionally and courteously. Would definitely recommend DCTUK every time and will be getting our other rooms carpeted by them in the future . Many thanks again.

This was my first time dealing with this company and I have to say that I am very pleased with the service I received. From beginning to end they were very helpful and easy to deal with. Their website was very easy to navigate and I found the carpet tiles I wanted. Delivery was quicker than they expected. Really helpful staff, especially Emily in the office, the fella that carried our tiles to the car was very friendly and chatty.The Nouveau Home Comfort tiles we chose are really soft and good quality, they are also bleachable which we tested before purchase by pouring neat bleach on a sample, and they really are.Highly recommended.

A very professional service from this company, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality service from start to finish. I ordered lvt herringbone at a very competitive price after speaking with Ross. I did have another fitter but after a phone call from Steve I decided to go with DCTUK fitters. Gave me a very competitive fitting price and a date of my choice. A day before the fitter arrived leanne called to make sure everything was ready to go and all the necessary checks we're made. Floor fitters arrived and did a amazing job. Would 110% use this company again. Thanks for a fantastic looking floor. 5 star plus.

The website shows prices for individual tiles and also allows you to order individual tiles. However, you cannot order less than a full box. Having ordered what I wanted and paid for it I was told I couldn't order less than a full box. I now have to wait a week for my refund. I suggest you alter your website to not take orders if you are not going to honour them. Extremely disappointed with this company and you must be doing very well to be able to refuse a £200 order!

Excellent quality and service, this is the first time I have used this company for floor tiles.We used them on a camper van conversion to make a lovely floor ,I fitted them myself so can say they are lovely to work with and join very well in fact you can hardly see the joinsThe company do offer a fitting service , can't comment there as said I fitted myself .Very very pleased would highly recommend this company should I need flooring in my house I will definitely be ordering again

I had struggled to find a reputable retailer to provide LVT tiles in the style, colour and pattern I wanted… I had been let down a few times and time was of the essence.I stumbled across DCTUK through Google, made an enquiry online and was telephoned by a chap called Lewis at 9am the next day.Within moments he secured the quantity of tiles I needed (and most importantly loved!)His communication was excellent. He reserved the stock for a couple of days whilst I was sorting out the finances and also was able to secure the tiles at a better price than advertised.From the start of the transaction to the delivery, he was checking in every step of the way and made me feel like a truly valued customer.Excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.
