Checked the website today for opening times. Made a special trip to visit the store as don't normally go into the area. Unfortunately, it was shut despite the website and Google saying it shut at 4pm. Would have been good to have updated opening hours on website for the holiday period if there was a change. I love supporting small businesses but it's so tricky if they don't keep information up to date. Shame to not be able to comment on the quality of the store itself.

A lovely wool shop in Gosport. I went to a crochet class for beginners today with a tasty afternoon tea which was very nice. Nicky was very patient with us and by the time we left we certainly knew much more than when we arrived. A lovely few hours . Check out her Facebook page for knit and natter meet ups.

Despite Ann having bought wool the previous week it turned out that she had bought the wrong wool and I was offered the opportunity to get her the replacement balls. At least with all this wool she will be too busy to look at the range of craft courses available.
