Despite there being bathroom lights on the website there is nothing on show in the store. That was what I was told anyway. I didn't not feel welcome in this store so I will not be returning or recommending.

Very pleased. I ordered online and the fittings arrived the following day. The online checkout failed when I tried to use PayPal and then Amex, so I had to email asking for a call back (there was no answer when I called) - BUT they called me back to take the payment, were helpful with questions and delivery was very fast.

Checkout journey is broken. Could not place an order after several attempts as Confirm Order" section is non-responsive on the website. Tried calling earlier today but no-one picked up the phone... I went as far as registering as an account and that did not help either.It is impressive how hard they try to prevent one to buy something."

Marvelous lighting shop!!Having just seen this shop on Google maps see inside tour of the premises, my partner and I popped in.We only wanted some switches and light bulbs, but when we walked in we were gob smacked at their show room. They have so many beautiful chandeliers and lights we had to have a look around and, of course my partner found what she was always dreaming off !We left with a gorgeous light fitting that Elliot gave us a lovely discount on, thanx Elliot as my partner wont even let me touch it.Many thanx to you guys and I will always use you from a light bulb to a chandelier, regards Dave and Betty.

Nervous about ordering crystal lighting online, I found this beautiful store in Weybridge with the same crystal range which I'm keen on. Elliot as the previous reviewer mentioned was brilliant and very knowledgeable. I even had a crash course on the various LED bulbs to replace the halogen ones which came with my light. My order arrived at the store in 3 days as I preferred to pick up in store! It makes such a huge difference when staff are knowledgeable and are keen to help. Very happy customer!

Great selection of products and fantastic customer service before and after sale. On a recent visit I mentioned to Elliot that we’d had a few bulbs go on a large bespoke LED light fitting that he’d helped us buy over a year previously. He told me they had problems with a batch of bulbs provided with that particular fitting and immediately offered to come out and replace all the bulbs foc. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long-time, thank you!
