Totally brilliant!After a worried day with suppliers sucking through their teeth and saying all parts were obsolete and the underslung LPG tank on a 1988 VW camper was scrap due to as broken fitting- Liam and Mike quickly came up with a solution and even gave me details of a local garage who could fit the parts. Thank you soo much!

My local LPG installer has closed down and my Prins LPG system was overdue a filter change. A bit of research online and it's quite straightforward DIY. The difficulty I found was identifying the correct filters.After a bit of an unsuccessful search, I was directed to Mick at LPG Auto Supplies Ltd. I took a couple of photos of parts of my system and Mick identified the parts I required straight away. These were sent out the same day and I got them the next day. Excellent service.It took me about half an hour to fit the filters with no issues. However, it became clear to me that one of the Prins injectors had stopped working some time before but I'd not noticed. (It's hard to notice on a V8 except at idle) A quick search and it seemed there was no UK supplier with an available replacement injector, new or reconditioned.Back onto Mick again and he offered to order me one in, but the price was £140 for one! Bit of a shocker. I accepted as I had no alternative.The next day I received an email from Mick saying he had managed to source a reconditioned one for £70. Did I want it? Of course I did! After a bit of email tennis I have ordered the parts I need including clips and hose.A very pleasant transaction and Mick went above and beyond to help. Brilliant service.Thanks mick.

Excellent service and communication from very knowledgeable staff who will assist you with any queries of your conversion. The parts arrived next day and it was very quick easy to exchange a part I ordered incorrectly. Highly recommended

Excellent service from this company. I emailed a query about an LPG replacement part, Mick answered almost immediately sourced the part from my description and sent me the link. Now ordered the part, and all done within a couple of hours. If only all suppliers were like this brilliant 5 stars without hesitation
