I recently had a bespoke eternity ring designed and made at the Jewellery Works. I am absolutely thrilled and completely delighted with the finished product, it is exactly as I imagined and fits perfectly with my engagement and wedding rings. Melanie and Richard provided an excellent level of service throughout, always keeping me up to date and happily answering any questions I had. They were always so pleasant to deal with and provided a truly personal service, which can be difficult to come by these days. If you want something just that little bit more special, use this company. I dealt with Melanie and we wanted a special piece of jewellery made, using my late Mum-in-Laws jewellery, and to be given to our daughter on her wedding day. I was overwhelmed at their professionalism, and we settled on a set of platinum and diamond earrings which could be converted into two different styles for everyday use and evening wear. We also commissioned a platinum and diamond pendant necklace incorporating her grans stone.Our daughter was overwhelmed when she saw the jewellery and was delighted at its beauty.Not wanting to be left out, I persuaded my hubby to part with some funds and Richard also made me an exquisite bracelet.Richard’s work is of the highest calibre and both he and Melanie offer a standard of service beyond compare. Richard remodelled two rings into one for me and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. I now have a classic but very contemporary, beautiful ring. He gave me plenty of choices and he and Melanie regularly discussed the design with me until I was satisfied. Richard and Melanie are a great team to work with and they pay a great deal of attention to providing a lovely customer service. Highly recommended.

I proposed to my partner with my Gran's engagement ring; although in reasonable condition it needed a clean and was far too big. Richard was very friendly and accommodating and on very short notice, re-sized and cleaned the ring for us. He did a beautiful job and we are both delighted with the result. We have no hesitation in recommending The Jewellery Works and would happily use their services again.

By the way I got repaired a watch a Samsung Galaxy Watch3 4G 45m Needed it's replaced Mirror Polished Stainless Steel replacement Buckle changed as the previous one was gone loose by regularly using it and need its Few holes in the strap.
