A warm and friendly place to work. Deserves higher than a Good rating for sure.

My grandad has been in for 2 weeks and somehow he’s managed to get blisters on his hands, bed sores and blisters on his toes… never had this problem at home… be bringing him home asap, disgusting!

My mam olive who sadly passed away was in Alexander house for 18 very happy years and all of the staff past and present were amazing with her I couldn't have asked for better care for her Marie the manger is a lovely person who my mam loved and respected her very much thank you all again for your love and care for our Ollie X
