I went to Steve at DBM Velux to see if he could replace a shattered window pane. He went above and beyond the call of duty, ringing Velux and establishing that our window was covered under warranty and Velux would repair it FoC.You do not get more honest than that and I cannot commend his professionalism more highly. Thank you Steve and DBM Velux

We viewed a new house built by DBM and our surveyor spotted a list of structural issues on the house. Good job we had a good surveyor who saved us hundreds of thousands

Steve fitted 5 Velux windows for us - the windows were a little tricky to fit (and often awkward to reach!) but Steve did a great job at fitting the windows, adding replacement tiles and re-plastering around the window panes when needed. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!

We were more than happy with firstly the price and then the quality of the work to install 1 Velux window. There were some problems along the way but these were resolved quickly and were unforseeable at the time of the quote. Would certainly recommend and use againLen Still

Steve fitted a triple glazed Velux to replace an old double glazed unit. I was amazed at how quick, neat and tidy the installation was.When the Velux solar powered blind's remote control started to give problems, Steve returned repeatedly, changing units as required until the technical problems were resolved and I was completely happy. I can't fault his competence and customer care!
