Gifted insightful teaching. ... [ a year on ]: Still there. Still having fun. Chris Chappell is simply the best teacher I have come across after decades of study. Imagine the internals of internal martial arts were somehow, magically made accessible to mere mortals. Well, that is what is on offer here. My first lesson changed my entire approach and filled in the gaps left by other teachers. No longer any such thing as a boring class. Highlight of my week.

I first started training with Chris in the 1990s, over 25 years ago. At that time, Chris was already an exceptional talented Ba gua and Tai chi practitioner as well as a professional dancer, kick boxer and manual therapist. I trained regularly with him for about a decade until I left to go abroad. What I learned with him during that period helped me to expand the Nei gong principles into every aspect of my life, improving my work, as well as creating clarity and fun.Several months ago, Chris began teaching regular lessons online and I began practicing with him again. Chris has deeply embodied the Internal Martial Arts energetics and is able to express and teach their components in a very clear way.I cannot recommend him enough, and if you are looking for someone from which to learn the intrinsic core of Nei gong, you just found one of the best teachers around.

I started the online foundation class five months now and clearly feel improvement over times.Chris' teaching is great and make qi gong accessible to everyone in a clear and understandable way without mysticism.If you wish to learn and discover how your body work, well... that the class you should attempt!

I've been training with Chris for over 7 years now and is an absolute blessing and honour to have such expert instruction. At one point I was able to be attending two classes a week which was just brilliant. Having moved out of London I enjoy the fresh air but being se to attend Chris's classes weekly is what I miss the most. So much so I intend to travel up from Brighton for a class whenever I can. There are many other teachers in Brighton, but none on a par with Chris's instruction. Couldn't rate highly enough.
