Tried to buy something from Amazon. Seller used DX delivery and it simply didn't arrive. I went over to eBay to buy a similar item, unfortunately the seller was using DX delivery and it did not come on the date promised. Updates were poor, the Chat was unhelpful and no one answered the phones. From the tracking number I could see my item was being held at the local Perth depot, so why no update after it was received there. 24 hours it is still in the local depot just 2 miles away and the Chat tells me I can't collect either. I will never recommend DX, I have had many deliveries this week from DPD and Amazon and even Royal Mail , all of these companies are miles ahead of DX.

I have been waiting for my package for 2 days. You send a message that I'm not at home. And I am at home and no one brings my package. This is the worst delivery service ever.

Sgs parcel ment to have been delivered and just because the tracking shows them outside my house it means its all OK. We'll it's not cause your driver is ment to have left my parcel right next to my gate at the side of my house right next to a public footpath and road.Sgs telling me ur drivers have been caught selling car jacks at car boot sales etc.

Apparently parcel was delivered but not the case.No phone call, no photo on the tracking page.Terrible service and trying to contact them even worse.Avoid

No email communication promised delivery sat in all day told when emailed again when they hadn’t turned ul they were sorry no excuse for not letting me know and was then told it would be a further 3 days for delivery absolute joke avoid at all costs

A parcel that was left by another courier the day before was taken by a DX driver called Steven. I have it on cctv. I have contacted DX head office about this. I want to know why did he do it. Instead of focusing on his own delivery. It happened right at my door step! Shame on him.

White van pulled up outside my house, saw a guy walk past my house, then back to his van and drive off. 2 mins later I got a sorry we missed you email" from DX. Only then did I realise that this white van had my item. He didn't even try to deliver it. Got in touch with the company within 20mins

Still waiting on my parcel...Faults:1. Their text service looks like a scam2. Couriers never attempted to deliver on their last attempt. I had propped open the door for the courier to enter our block, but because I live on the top floor, it was clear the courier didnt want to come up3. The package was not attempted to be delivered in the timeframe, resulting in my tracking completely disappearing, which I was relying on to come down and meet the courier on the street!4. Despite arranging delivery for today, DX Express has decided to send the package back to the Perth depot, and now won't be delivered until Monday!5. Looking at their tracking software, they put the package into storage, then decided to actually rebook the delivery!Shocking service, defo will not be shipping any package with DX Express! Would highly recommend you avoid!

If you think Evri are bad, just wait until you have the misfortune to deal with these cowboys.They'll happily text you to inform you that they couldn't deliver 1 hour before your timeslot.If I'd known that the sender used DX, I wouldn't have ordered.

Waited in all day for a pre arranged delivery , item was damaged so it wasnt delivered tried to contact them on day of delivery when they didnt show , couldnt get a reply so contacted bq who sold item they didnt know about the damaged item or non delivery so called again on monday to be told item was damaged got some snotty woman who then said my contract was with bq so they wouldnt contact me when they weren't going to deliver , bunch of cowboys couldnt run a bath avoid them the customer service is atrocious still no door and still no phone call email or contact to rearrange new door delivery just left hanging
