Always get amazing service here. Nothing is too much trouble and very reasonably priced- even at last minute! Would definitely recommend.

Update December 2023The excellent service from Dave and the team continues.From sorting the exhaust on our back up van to fitting new tyres on my wife's car, the whole experience is great.Rang on the Monday and the tyres were fitted by 10am the next day.Need 2 more tyres for one of the vans in January and there's no doubt we'll be back to see Dave and the boys.Update September 2022Can't leave a separate review which is a shame so adding to our original one.John, Dave and the team continue to provide awesome levels of service.Rang at 4.40pm having noticed a puncture on one of the vans. On closer inspection the tread levels on all the tyres were low so spoke to John about booking it in for new tyres all round.By 6pm the same afternoon we were driving out of the branch with 4 new tyres fitted and an alignment check and adjustment. This included the 15 minutes it took to get to the branch in the first place!!They also repaired a puncture on a wheel from one of the other vans we'd taken in at the same intending to leave it with them.Price was very competitive as well.Seriously can't fault these guys whatsoever which is why we keep coming back!!Absolutely brilliant service from David and the team.Had 2 vans needing rear disks and pads and tyres, or so we thought.David had the first van in at 8.30am and the driver was on his way by 9.30 with everything fitted and checked.Second van went in the next morning and we got a call from David saying that the brakes and pads were fine and didn't need doing so they were just going to do the tyres. With lockdown we'd obviously lost track of a pad and disk change on that van and we wouldn't have known if Kwik Fit had just changed them regardless, so their honesty was refreshing to say the least.Have had nothing but a pleasurable experience at David's branch of Kwik Fit. The mechanics are professional and efficient and David is very accommodating and runs the branch superbly.On top of that the prices are competitive as well.They've secured our future business without a shadow of a doubt.

The customer service by the older gentleman (30 -40yrs old) who was on the desk upon arrival and called me later to add extras to the reason why it had come in, was argumentative and would not listen to anything that was being said to him. They also put the phone down on me. I have been a loyal customer for a while but this experience at this location has really deterred me.

Excellent experience at this place. I've had an MOT there, and also some wheels balanced. The guy who helped me (didn't catch his name but had Southern accent!) was very good at his job, went above and beyond.

I arrived in urgent need of a new battery without an appointment in the early afternoon and was helped immediately, so that just a short time later I left with the new battery fitted. Very friendly and efficient staff who made me feel like my business was welcomed and important.
