Absolutely shocking service, called the other day to make sure they would be open, went down especially 50mile round trip. Place locked up. 2 people in the office saw us didn't even bother to awknowledge us and another customer. Phoned them they just ignored the telephone. Sorry but you just lost out on 3 sheds I am away to purchase from another supplier. I also find it very strange how after 2 poor reviews they suddenly get 3 x 5 star reviews in the same week that they get the 2 x poor reviews. Especially considering there has been no reviews up to this point. Mmm very coincidental and strange. Or could it possibly be family and friends helping out.

DURING CORONA.19 THIS SAWMILL DELIVERED OUR ORDERED TOOL STORE.PLEASE NOTE THE STORE WAS BUILT IN SECTIONS AND ERECTED ON OUR GARDEN BY 2--MEN AND COMPLETE WITH FELT ROOF.VERY POLITE MEN.I AM NOW LOOKING FOR THIS CO.TO ERECT A SHED.

After looking on website to check opening times... my partner and i Went this morning to look at sheds only to find the place locked up!... two other customers turned up at the same time!... rang the number to find out why they’re closed only for it to ring out... then a guy comes out (reluctantly) and announces to us that they’re closed... we took a special trip out to buy a shed only to be knocked back!!... you’ve missed out on a purchase of a shed!!... definitely won’t be back.. customer service was shocking!

Do not use this company, I had to go through the bank to get a refund. They took the deposit and then stopped responding from that point onwards. No goods received.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this company. I foolishly paid in full for a log cabin in June 20, allowing extra time for Covid 19 we arranged delivery and erection for the first week in September. I awaited some communication in late August, but nothing happened so I repeatedly rang the phone number - no answer, EVER. I then started driving there to get some information. No one was there and despite driving there 15 times and leaving a note pinned in the gate, no communication was forthcoming. I desperation I sent messages via email, Facebook and through the website on the 15th Sept. I eventually got an email saying they were closed for 2 weeks but had just received a delivery and would check. On the 24th Sept I again chased them and was told my log cabin was one that had been delivered. I then tried to contact them to set a date for delivery and erection - again no reply to the phone calls, so I drove there again. Was told Wednesday 6th Oct. I asked them to confirm as I’d be booking days off work and received an email 6 days later to say it would be Thursday 7th October weather dependant. Thursday came but the log cabin didn’t. By 11am after numerous phone calls not being answered I drove there again to be told that they’d had to do a quick job and would be with me soon. No sign and at 15:45 I received a call to say they in fact didn’t have my log cabin, had never said they did (despite my having email evidence to the contrary). Needless to say I asked for a refund! However, not trusting a word uttered to me, I drove to the office again, because again, no one answered, and asked for a refund by Bacs, as I’d paid them. I was offered a card payment but by then the trust was so broken I didn’t believe that they would so I requested a bacs transfer. The owner had just left and a transfer couldn’t be done without the card and despite several emails and phone calls he let his front of house member of staff deal with the situation and my being very insistent that I would not be leaving until I’d seen a bacs payment fo through. He refused to come back and the member of staff actually paid me from her own account... That’s 18 one hour return journeys that I have had to undertake to still have no log cabin. Under no circumstances trust anything that comes out of these people’s mouths. Untrustworthy, unreliable, non communicative and customer service all zero. If I could have rated 0 stars, that would have been more appropriate.
