We’ve now been waiting for Bourne to release our deposit for almost three months. They’re staff are so eager to quit that you talk to a different person each time you call (who just started and has no idea what they’re doing). It’s a shame when we first let from them they seemed to have it together but it’s all gone downhill. Run, don’t walk away from a Bourne-listed property or you’ll regret ever interacting with them.

They take care of everything, and nothing is too much trouble. From finding tenants, arranging any pre-tenancy works to the properties, making sure all necessary safety certificates are obtained, to the day-to-day managing of all maintenance issues and tenancy renewals, the team at Bourne always do a professional, efficient job, and, just as importantly, are a pleasure to deal with.
