Excellent service from start to finish with SK Flooring and Carpets. Within a few minutes of requesting some information and a quote on their web page, Sam messaged me and scheduled an in-home estimate. Sam was very patient and took the time to explain the different types of carpets and underlay he stocked. After some quick measurements, Sam provided us with a range of prices to meet any budget. Being indecisive on the choice and colour of carpet we needed, Sam brought in loads of samples and left them with us for a few days until we decided on the one that would suit our needs. Barry the installer was amazing he did an absolutely fantastic job fitting the carpet’s flawlessly. The stairs look better than I expected as I have seen carpeted staircases in other homes and wasn’t impressed with the fitting, but Barry is an expert in his field, the stairs and the rest of the landing looks unbelievable. It only took three weeks from the first contact I had with Sam until our carpet was installed. Very highly recommend. Excellent customer service. All round fantastic company to deal with.

Sam and the team at SK Flooring and carpets are brilliant! They rearranged my carpet fitting to when my house was decorated and it was so worth the wait! The advise Sam gives during the consultation is worth listening to! We went for mid range underlay and a beautiful carpet. They even went as far as to match the lino colour to the carpets so it flows throughout the house!Teddy would also like to send his recommendations for the carpet tubing, which he now has lots of to make his nutcracker soldiers!Thanks guys! Sam and his team fitted my carpet this weekend, 4 bedrooms and 2 stairs and landings. Right from the beginning they have been amazing. Sam is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted, the fitters that came were faultless. They fitted on a day with no disruptions and left everywhere immaculate. Highly reccomend

I cannot thank the team enough for their work, its completely transformed our home.From the start Sam was excellent at communicating. He helped me understand the different carpets and was so patient with me as i was being very fussy. We had a delay due to the manufacturer and had to reschedule, but it wasn't a problem and Sam kept me updated throughout. On the day the team were very professional and went above and beyond to help me as I couldn't move furniture from the rooms. Sam also helped me by organising a carpenter to trim the doors after the fitter had finished. I've had my new carpets down for over a month now and I couldn't be happier, they are a great quality and the team delivered an excellent all round service.
