I cannot recommened UWD enough.I have booked Kelly on several different occasions (once I gave her only 24 hours notice and she still managed to fit me in and deliver)Kelly always brings whatever vision you have to life she is happy to work with customers so each booking is personal to the customer.I have had Balloon stacks, Balloon arch, Light up numbers, Table arch, Elf on the shelf arrival box to name a few and they were all spot on. I couldn't have wished for any better. I received so many different compliments when on display.Kelly is very polite and professional which makes things alot easier when under the pressure of organising an event.Her home made props are amazing! Kelly is amazing! Would highly recommend this company. The decorations provided for my daughters birthday party were beautiful. Kelly and her team helped so much with the set-up, not just of their decorations, but mine as well. They also went above and beyond by waiting outside until the party finished later than planned and helping us clear everything away. Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing service. I met Kelly when someone let me down last minute. I posted on facebook looking for a ballon presentation URGENTLY. Kelly dropped everything, made me what I needed, Her Partner dropped it to the venue and all was well. It was a Sunday also. Since then weve worked together loads, supported each other as small business should and our friendship has grown. Cant wait to work together on a bigger scale at my new venue❤
