Poor customer service from lady wearing a head scarf this morning, it was just after 9am on 8th Sep .Management please take note .Some of your staff are not attentive, they should treat all customers with respect.The woman at the Benefit counter the other day was useless, Im a makeup artist myself and could do the job better.

This branch is really big in the area and has got lots of interesting stuff. I like to go there

Went to purchase some strepsils today for my unwell daughter & was met by a very rude brusque assistant telling me to go & pay at another counter rather than the pharmacist counterNot even giving me chance to request to buysome liquid paracetamolQuite frankly I was disgusted with her attitudeI have worked in customer service for many years & would never of spoke to a customer like she didMy husband was also very shocked by her mannerI would not return to this pharmacy againThe date was 1december at approx 15.15 Huddersfield king street storeI hope this assistant is informed of her mannerAs she may need some training in how to speak appropriately to customers

Boots have completely given up on this store. Little stock, bored staff (if you can find any) although some are helpful, slow service at tills. Not worth the wait and effort.

Went upstairs to look at kitchen appliances. Found it full of Xmas tack, and empty shelves! If boots close down , Huddersfield is truly knackered. Kirklees council should take notes, brighouse has everything going .

Boots optical for an eye test, high recommended eye clinic. In addition Seeing these lucozade people giving free drinks on a rainy weather was fantastic

Usual standard Boots town centre store. All the traditional Boots sales and a pharmacy in store too. Upstairs for the Christmas 3 for 2 offers. Reasonable in size and pleasant staff.

Security guard tried kicking me out for smelling the lotion. I was buying some new body lotion and there were no unsealed ones for this specific sent (bare in mind every other thing didn't even have a seal and there was no signs saying i wasnt allowed to) and I tried to open it slightly, instead of asking me not to he immediately tried to kick me out saying I shouldn't be trying to unseal it, god forbid you just politely ask someone not to do something. I had to calm this grown man down from causing a scene till eventually he let me go about my business and actually buy the lotion I was trying to smell. Don't know why this grown man is trying to intimidate me over lotion but someone in management needs to have a word with Mr power trip, already seen another review saying similar about him trying to intimidate other customers over nothing.

This store has not moved on with the times. Products are too expensive and quality poor. Saying that I met a lovely and very helpful lady on the medicine counter. She really went above and beyond in trying to help. Wish I'd taken her name.
