I used GetPlumb service a couple of times, company and staff provided excellent service. Param provided good practical suggestions for the bathroom design and cost-effective parts.We greatly appreciate his help in fixing a long-standing Grohe flush overflow problem. He took it as a personal challenge and visited our house to replace the part and fix the problem.

The service from the company is amazing. Param know his stuff and loved doing business with this company. There is no company like this. He even had times to arrange a video call over teams so we can discuss my options.If you are like me, you have visited many similar companies but none of them call you back or want your business.So grateful that he was recommended to me by my builder. 10 out of 10!

Param runs the best plumbing shop ever! I can't say enough good things about GetPlumb. The service was excellent, and he was so patient with all my questions. Plus, the products are top notch, super high quality. You can tell he really knows the trade. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the whole experience just awesome.
