It's all a complete faff going to the shops now, but at least here they seem to have a slick operation going for getting served, in-out no fuss and all the gear you need at what is most important, the RIGHT PRICE!!!Brilliant 5 stars.

Used BMB Barnsley and South Kirby for my private house build over an 18 month period.The setting up of an account, to ordering materials could not have been simpler. They held a vast amount on stock or were able to order in for me, at often short lead times. Deliveries arrived when they were arranged and when issues arose, they were dealt with in a fair and professional manner.I was able to source 95% of the materials from early stage foundation stage to final fix joinery from their vast network of sites.Special mention to Dave Hunter at Barnsley, always on hand whenever needed and replied to my queries super fast.

Staff unhelpful, unfriendly and as though you are a hindrance just being in their yard. I've never had a good experience here and I've used them for years. There is only the odd member of staff that is pleasant. I'm forced to use them only because they are close to me otherwise I'd be elsewhere.
