We had the most wonderful time. The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless and modern. The landlords were accommodating, kind and very responsive to messages.This is the most clean and comfortable place we have ever stayed in. It far surpassed some 5 star hotels that we have stayed in previously.

We visited The Tower Apartments second time and it was very good. We had different room this time but they are all nicely decorated and make us feel comfortable with little kitchen and coffee and tea provided. We had lovely time and we would recommend this hotel as it's very clean, comfy and close to the beach. We booked parking with Sainsbury's for very good prices for 3 days and we spend lovely weekend in Southend-on-sea with my family.

Absolutely fantastic place. The owner, Paul is a true gentleman and should you have any questions, he's just a phone call away. I would definitely recommend and come stay again next time.

Management changed our booking at the last minute because of a problem with one of the rooms we booked, unclear in communication resulting in two people in our party being left without a room. Condescending and rude when trying to sort the problem, no reasoning with management at all - completely disappointing experience!
