I requested a Mental Capacity Assessment be undertaken for a relative. OFH were quick to respond to the initial enquiry, commivaying and answering questions through the process. The Social Worker arrived on time and completed a thorough assessment which was sent to us within days. Overall a great experience with a responsive company.

Absolutely outstanding professional service. I used OFH for a testamentary Mental Capacity assessment for my mum to support her making a will. The whole service provided has been extremely professional from start to finish. Vicky who was carried out the assessment with my mum was friendly, welcoming and made my mum feel as ease. I’ve booked an assessment with another company in the past who unfortunately, provided a poor service when they assessed my mum. The service from OFH was completely different when they saw my mum last week. The assessor was professional and patient with my mum who struggles to speak. I received high-quality service than I anticipated, and I couldn't be happier.

I used OFH Care to complete a testamentary capacity assessment.In a nutshell, they were brilliant.Support beforehand with guidance and advice on everything that would happen, how it would happen and what to expect. Clear pricing with no hidden surprises. Help and accommodation with scheduling and rescheduling the session. Carrying out the assessment fairly but in a supportive fashion and finally the provision of written reports as promised.All the staff I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Based on my experiences I would recommend them without hesitation.

Can not recommend OFH Care enough. Had a very delicate situation with my mother and they were so understanding and did everything they promised to do. Very efficient with the appointment time, assessment and the report, all within one week even over Christmas! The team are fantastic.
