We employed Mekkmaster to install two replacement designer vertical radiators. The offered a very fair price and Meg was very responsive to our initial enquiry. Laz came to assess the job and quoted a very fair price. The work was scheduled promptly and expertly carried out by Laz who was very friendly and helpful. We would use Mekkmaster again with no hesitation and are happy to recommend them.

Laz is a very good boiler engineer who has serviced my boiler for many years, and kept it going for several years beyond its original lifespan. He’s now replaced it with a new model, and did a very thorough job. Highly recommended !

I have used Laz twice now from Mekkmaster after moving into a new home and having various issues with boilers and Heating systems around the house. Laz was fast and efficient. Clearly knew what he was doing and was patient with my curious but clearly inexperienced questions. A refreshing pleasure to find a local tradesman So nice and effective.

Called on Thursday and spoke with professional and personable Meg, who arranged for Laz, their engineer, to come the next day at short notice to service our boiler. They were both communicative and gorgeous the job done quickly and effectively. I even learned a few things about the boiler I never knew.Thanks to you both. Great service and value for money. Would use again and would recommend.

Had our boiler replaced December ‘22 (plus upgrade to a smart meter). Great customer service from Meg start to finish. Install by Laz was efficient, tidy & fuss free. Price was competitive with other quotes. All at short notice and got us fixed up in time for Christmas!Will definitely be back for our next service and would highly recommend.

A really smooth process from start to finish! We moved into a new home with a few radiators not working, and wanted a smart heating system. We had very good communication with Meg, and then Laz came round to fit everything - he was really efficient and knew exactly what needed doing, and now all our radiators are working properly. Would seriously recommend.

Contacted this company over the phone with a few questions before instructing them. They weren't able to answer them so I was advised to write them down and send them via email to have them answered by a dedicated team. Never heard back from them, even after sending a second follow-up email. Feel like I have wasted time in anticipation. I believe you should openly mention to the client if you are happy to do business or not give false promises and make them wait by ignoring advised means of communication.

Meg was brilliant at getting a time for me on the same day I messaged. It wasn't an urgent job but such responsiveness was fantastic. And Laz was super efficient, giving my boiler a proper service and then checking all the rads to ensure everything was working properly. Love having local businesses like this that I can rely on.
