Ordered three beanbags in November 2022. Two of them have split since that time causing the beans to fall out everywhere. Customer service was really helpful and sent out a replacement for the first one, however I am concerned about the quality given we only use them 1-2 times a week.

Amazing, ordered on a Friday and received on the following Monday with free p&p .Brilliant quality and super comfy ,so happy with my purchase and can't thank you for such an amazing turn around in really hard times ❤️

Avoid this company!Ordered a bean bag which was delivered as expected. Only slight criticism at this stage was lack of tape on the box, not end of the world at this stage.Took product home and everything was fine again apart from the bean bag been too big (my fault).Arranged a return. Placed product (that was unused) back into the box it came in. Then used supplies at work to tape up and applied extra tape than what it come with to protect it.Item was delivered back and then 2 days later they emailed me saying they wouldn't refund me as the product was dirty. The picture shown a small marking that looked like typical warehouse markings. It definitely wasn't my end as all I done was take out the box, place on carpet and then boxed back up again.My guess is that it was delivered back, someone has taken out of box and placed on dirty floor. This is where the marks have come from.Luckily I spoke to Amazon who agreed with me and issued me with a refund.My honest review, shortened down. Product was good, delivery packaging could be better, customer service is shocking. For this I give 1 star and advise others to look/shop elsewhere

Really quick delivery! Absolutely love the beanbags - we got 2 of the the cord recliner beanbags and they are soo comfortable, really well made and very good size (on the larger size!). Recommend

I was overjoyed when I received my beanbag, it really made a huge difference to my living room. Then after having it for 3 months the beanbag split slightly. Being obviously annoyed, I emailed customer service.I cannot put into words how helpful and prompt the customer service was. No quibbles, they just sorted out sending a replacement for me.Thanks again for being so helpful.
