Overall been a lovely experience! Our host were very kind and flexible with our requests. The neighbourhood is very safe and quite. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay short or long term!

We had rented a property for Xmas so we could meet up with family all arriving from various areas of the world and 4 days before we were due to arrive there was a burst pipe. This was very last minute to find an alternate place to stay especially with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and we had a dog too. We found a Kode Properties accommodation and Phil was very helpful and flexible and very quickly accepted us and we were back able to have the Xmas we were hoping for. The property was available early for us which was ideal as we had a long way to travel and had left early in the morning and he kept in touch with quick responses to questions. There was a problem which was again responded to quickly especially as it was during the Xmas period. I can really recommend Phil and Kode Properties and would happily stay in the accommodation in Middleton St George again. Thank you very much for making our time with our family happen.

The property is in Great location with all the amenities near by. Fantastic value for money. The property is in high standard and host was a good communicator. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to live there.
