Penguin Office Supplies are the most speedy of all stationers I have dealt with. I never have to wait long for the delivery, whether it be a huge order or just a couple of items, I can guarantee that I will get the order in plenty of time. The quality is fantastic and far cheaper than their competitors. I work for a large organisation and am in charge of stationery stock control.
