I would highly recommend Hadyn. I've had gym memberships in the past but never really achieved the results I wanted. A few months ago I signed up to a personal training programme with Hadyn. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but Hadyn immediately put me at ease with his professional but friendly approach. Hadyn is extremely knowledgeable and provides advice and support on all aspects of health, nutrition and fitness. His well equipped private gym is the ideal setting for training. He clearly cares about the results his clients achieve and he is always on hand between sessions by text, email and phone to provide advice/motivation. The results have exceeded my expectations and I have achieved much more in last two months than two years at the gym. For anyone wanting to kick start their fitness you should definitely give Hadyn a try!

Hadyn Luke always gives an excellent service. His approach to personal training is unique ensuring that that his nutrition guidance and exercise programmes are suited to your lifestyle, ability and needs. Hadyn was always available for support and a chat, and his personal gym in Wakefield offers a unique and personal environment to train in. Couldn't recommend him enough!! Couldn't of lost weight without him :)
