I recently purchased a cardigan sweater for my wife for her birthday. She loves it. It can be worn any time of the year, in the summer on chilly evenings and at any time during the rest of the year. Ordering was quite simple and I appreciated the discount. The sweater arrived sooner than I expected and well before I needed it. I would recommend the Irish Store to family members and friends.

The coats have been well worth the money I spent. I expected the price to be higher and the shipping costs enormous for what I wanted and where it was coming from. The price was fair and the shipping costs listed were not out of line. The quality of these sweaters is impeccable, the sizing is true, and the colors are vibrant. I received the sweaters quickly and shipping was waved with my orders but through coupons I used. I'm very impressed with the customer service as they've reached out to me several times to make sure I was satisfied with their product. I'm looking to purchase another garment and will do so soon.

The Irish Store is very good to do business with. I was having a problem getting the website to take my credit card. I called them and they were very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. Plus we received the necklace we order far sooner than expected. And the necklace is stunning. Even more beautiful than the picture on line.

Great products. I've bought purses, sweaters and jewelry for family members. They've all raved about the look and comfort. I've bought several sweaters for me and have not be disappointed. I've used them for hunting, skiing and general wear. They look great and the warmth is wonderful. I've only had to return one item, a purse that had a small tear to the lining, and I promptly got my refund. The customer service is great especially when you live 8 time zones away.

I highly recommend the Irish Store. I placed an international order, and I am highly impressed with the quality of their customer service and their wonderful communication. They went above and beyond to provide the unusual item I requested. My case of wonderful Autumn Chutney was beautifully packed, and it arrived swiftly. I couldn't be any happier.

I ordered online and was happy with the product I received! It was a really great price too! Shipped overseas within a week. international tracking is the only area that could be improved upon. Would order again.

Terrible customer service. Representative could not figure out the difference between billing address and shipping address for a gift purchase. The end result was the wrong name on the address, and the Post Office refused to deliver the package. Explained to the representative multiple times over the phone what the correct name and address was and it was still sent incorrectly. Follow up phone calls to try and resolve the issue just reiterated the customer service is terrible. Will never shop with this company again.

Amazing customer service and fabulous product! I bought the decanter set for my dad as a “Father of the Bride” gift for my wedding! It was engraved and had our wedding date too! He commented on how nice and heavy it was and he is a man of few words! He’s loves it so much he has it displayed in his office. I will say they package it very well too!!! When getting through customs they destroyed the packaging and I can tell they were looking at the decanter (I guess making sure it didn’t have alcohol in it) and put green tape to put everything back together! This store packaged it so well it did even have a scratch! I will be buying from here again!

This is a wonderful company! The hat that I ordered is very high quality. The first one I ordered was the wrong size. They didn't mess up the order, I just ordered one that ended up being too big. It was easy to return and they quickly sent a replacement. Also, they sent a gift of a beautiful necklace since it was my first order! Would definitely recommend this company!!
