Super friendly and helpful staff, fast service, great music and of course... the best mochas and hot chocolates I've ever had in the UK! Plus that lovely feeling when you get a free drink from your loyalty card :) Joe is a superstar, his place is a must visit location in York

Experience a whole new world of hot chocolate! The flavors are something to dream about! They taste like nothing you've ever tasted before. They don't just make hot chocolate - they've mastered the art of making them. Every sip is so delicious! It's definitely a must-visit when you're in York!

The staff are always lovely with customer service being 10/10. Not sure of names but there is 2 staff in particular who are always providing the best service. We have regularly been visiting before we leave York and they keep calm and friendly a communicate with everyone regardless of if it is busy (more often than not) or quiet. The shop itself is nice and the options of choice of chocolate is amazing! The hot chocolates and brownie bites are delicious and you have the option to try before you decide which chocolate you have which is great.

Probably the nicest staff in any cafe/restaurant in york. Very chilled out. The chocolate is unreal, the nicest I’ve had. milkshakes are Devine, you can tell they’ve made a genuine effort to make them. The only problem is I don’t have the willpower not to drink it all in 30 seconds!

Hot chocolate tasted fantastic ✔️ definitely worth the price (same as a Starbucks). The staff are very friendly, and helpful with advising you.Only thing I didn’t get was a 60p charge for whipped cream!

Literally if you like anything about chocolate you need to try here, it's heaven. You can pick virtually any % of chocolate, always get samples and the staff are just so friendly! Might not be affordable enough for a super regular visit, but go if you want a treat! You won't regret it!

Great service from the lady serving us. She gave us so much information and was extremely helpful with helping us choose our chocolate for our drink. We came back the next day as we enjoyed it so much. They even had Barista coconut milk at no additional charge which we appreciated very much. We will definitely recommend.

Lovely experience for chocaholics. I tried both the hot chocolates and the iced ones and they are absolutely lovely. Worth the treat and worth every chocolate coma!And the staff are absolutely lovely, fantastic how they make you try different choc chips.They have very good cosy spaces, even though I love reading there and the music is bit too loud at times.
