Removal of bulk bags of garden waste.Having been let down so many times while doing my garden, what a nice change to have a local company, who puts the customer first.Communication was excellent from the first contact enquiry. Siobhan was very informative and helpful on the phone. All my questions were answered and all quotes were sent by email.Delivery was speedy and on a date and time that suited my schedule.Delivery driver James, was outstanding. Friendly, professional, helpful and very proficient with the grab arm in tight spaces, over a fence.Quality of materials: I don't know what I was expecting from the recycled MOT Type 1, but I was expecting to be able to tell the difference from the pricier usual stuff. Personally, I couldn't. This is a great way of reducing waste, so I will only use the TBBC recycled MOT in future. The Granite is just what I need and all bags were full bags. What more could you ask for.As a company, I can't fault them. The Bulk Bag Company will be my first choice, every time going forward.
