This shop and the people who work there are absolutely amazing! I order both online and via phone when I have a bigger order and they are so helpful. Recently I placed an order and it meant that they had to order some bits in because it was a big order and one or two items weren't normally stocked by them. Rather than send me to another bead shop to get the non stock items, they put in a special order for me and went out of their way to make sure that all was done in one stop. They ship things quickly and securely and the packages are always well wrapped without being wasteful.In all, The Bead Shop (Nottingham) is one of the best bead shops around and I wish I lived closer so I could spend more time browsing the actual shop!

Absolutely brilliant service! I ordered a few things and they arrived very quickly. The items were packaged exexcellently too. I have since contacted the shop about future workshops and nothing is too much trouble for these lovely peeps! Will definitely use them again.

I am so glad I found this jewellery business on line. I had been looking for somewhere that would repair several favorite pieces of jewellery that over the years had gradually and individually broken. Angela is knowledgeable friendly approachable and clearly knows her stuff and is very skilled. An Aladdin's cave of beading and craft goodies. Hubby was supplied with tea, from the coffee shop, while I explored the extensive selection of beads, findings and craft goodies. The staff were very helpful, and have sent me home with enough beads to last me. Can't wait to go back again. Highly recommended. They also do an excellent online service. Might have to use that, as I live in Devon. Still not the same as wondering around the shop though. Highly recommended.

My first order from The Bead Shop arrived this morning, a whole 2 days earlier than expected, and I’m so pleased with the bugle beads I ordered. They are such lovely quality, bright and eye catching. The price is so affordable. I shall certainly order from this little business again! I am now going to browse the web site and look at the free projects and patterns too.I shall also enjoy the free ‘cuppa’!
