I brought adaptive shoes (billy shoes) from specialkids.co. the team over the phone to help me with sizing due to AFO's were really helpful. I brought the new WDR range and they are brilliant. The fact that billy shoes zip open and widen easy with the laces, makes these shoes stress free when trying to fit orthotics inside. Delivery was fast and quality is great. I have even made a video review on youtube! I will continue to recomend people here!

Ive been using this company for my sons vests for a while and the quality of the Kacey, gtube vests are amazing. They wash and dry fantastic and last so well that ive actually passed his old ones on to friends. The company are so lovely and will help you out with sizes etc.

I have a MS and wear an orthotic in my right shoe. My orthotist recommended Billy shoes to help me with my independence in putting my orthotic on. I ordered two different styles online but unfortunately they don’t fit. I have swelling in my right foot and the shoes just don’t work. I was appalled to find out that a company that specialises in working with the disabled requires the customer to pay for packaging/postage to send products back. I have previously ordered other shoes online through different providers and they have always sent prepaid labels if you need to send the item back. If you have any issues or questions with sizing then I do not recommend you use this company.

Love the zip back sleep suits for my little boy, he loves to wriggle out of his clothes and nappy any chance he gets! These have been amazing as they keep him clothed and they are comfortable that he seems to enjoy wearing them! Use them everyday and would 100% recommend these.

Not a very good experience. My 8 yr old granddaughter has spina bifida and in her new year at school was starting swimming lessons. I found this website and felt good that somewhere could accommodate her needs. I ordered a swimming costume after following the measurements on their website but when it arrived it was much too big. 3rd time of ordering and finally purchased one that fits. It's just annoying because now I've had to pay for them to be returned for a refund. This has cost me getting on for £200 and a lot of hassle. Their measurements guide is obviously not accurate but you have no choice but to trust it.

Lovely people. My 8 year old has her first ever shoes that fit over her splints and aren't 6 sizes too long!We visited the showroom by appointment: the choice of shoes is great, lots of colours and patterns with full toe zips that look like part of the shoe. Gemma took time to help us choose and we couldn't be happier.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Special Kids company. I ordered the trainers fast delivery. I really like the new billy trainers so easy to get over the AFOS zip glides round. My little one was easy able to do the zips when needed giving her some much needed independence especially at school for PE. love the quality of the trainers they are also light weight which is great for what we needed. highly recommend the billy range especially these new trainers. highly recommend special kids company fast friendly and great communication very helpful and they are run the UK which is AMAZING!!!!!!.

Have has 2 pairs of adult Billy boots. I struggle to get shoes on, so these looked great. The canvas ones were great, although the left boot zip is a bit tight. I also bought the chucka boot black suede Unfortunately I didn’t try them on when they came. When I did go to put them on, the right boot is ok, but the left boot goes no where near over my foot. I did emal saying not sure what to do, as there was a fair amount of time between purchase and finding they are either not of acceptable quality, but heard nothing back. So I have a useless brand new un worn boots, just taking up space. Want to order the trainers and the another pair of the canvas boots, but a little concerned about quality control
